If you have already checked out a project from the respository and you have added it to the workbench just double click on the project to open it. If you did not add the project to the workbench and need to open your local check out select file open:

Then you need to find where on your system you had checked out the module to. For example if you have a module called "experiment" and you saved here:

c:\users\billybob\cvstemp/experiment/

You need to go into the CVS directory inside the module and select the "Entries" file, for our example that would be at:

c:\users\billybob\cvstemp/experiment/CVS/Entries

If you will access this project often you may want to add it to your WorkBench.
