Now that JAVA is installed download JCVS (version 5.1.1):
Scroll down the page for the downloads (note instructions on the page for MACs, I haven't tried that platform so you may want to read that). The download is the same for all platforms, so anyone will do.
Unpackage gz or zip file (if you use the windows executable then just run that) into the directory you want to keep the program files.
